Brewbrite is a white very fine powder that is added to the boil within the last 10 minutes.
Brewbrite will act as a wort clarifier and stabiliser effectively removing chill haze and permanent haze from the finished product. It can be used in conjunction with any other kettle finings such as Irish Moss or Protafloc and is not a replacement but a complementary product
The aggressive boil will mix the product, alternatively draw a cupful of wort from the boil, add powder and mix, then return to the boil.
Suggested dose rate is approx. 0.17g per litre / 4g per 23l brew.
In case of contact with skin wash with water. If inhaled move individual to fresh air. Do not induce vomiting if swallowed unless instructed by a Doctor.
In case of eye contact flush with water for at least 15 minutes.
Consult a Doctor if irritation develops.

Incredible stuff! My beers have protafloc in the kettle, with auxiliary finings and Isinglass in the keg. I thought they were clear enough, until using Brewbrite! Super clear now, and it’s so easy to use. Highly recommended. Guy
