  1. ROBERT COOK (verified owner)

After 2 years of extract brewing I purchased a brewzilla 3.1.1 and this was my first ever all grain brew.

I pressure fermented at 20°c and cold crashed for 3 days before closed transfering to a corney.

I took a pint from the pressure fermenter and it was a good sign. Had a few expected off flavours but it was close to very good.

Took a pint after a week at 4°c in the keg and it had some lovely galaxy aromas and flavour but there was something missing. After contacting a few friends it turns out 4°c was too cold. Moved up to 8°c and it unlocked a beautiful array of flavours and mouth feel. Unable to describe just how good it is!
A week later, so two weeks in total after fermentation and it’s improved again.

Will definitely be brewing this one again.
