Can someone accompany the person booked for a brew day.
We are often asked if someone else (family member, friend etc.) can come along to a brew day at our brew school along with the person who is booked on the day. As such we have had to make a policy decision that there can only be one attendee per booking.
Firstly there is limited space and we are are working with boiling liquids so over crowding is a potential safety issue, we couldn’t say yes to one and no to others and the potential of having 6 or 8 people in a space which is best suited to 4 plus our instructor is something we wish to avoid.
Secondly by limiting it to 4 attendees it enables everyone to ask all the questions they may have, whilst also enabling our instructor to be watching what everyone is doing to avoid errors and problems, if we had 4 people brewing and 4 people chatting with the instructor that would be much more difficult to manage.
