Brewing modern interpretations of classic German lagers, owned and run by Reece Hugill, the former chemistry student has been building his independent brewery for a few years now. Ever since starting out as a cuckoo brewer in 2017 Reece has slowly built a reputation as one of the finest UK lager brewers, dialing in recipes and establishing his core beers as the go to lager to drink, beers like Northern Helles and Big Foam have such a solid standing that we knew we just had to get Donzoko onto our site.
