Jamil Zainasheff takes very little in the way of introduction, having won a gold medal in every BJCP category as a homebrewer. In the next 15 years Jamil went on to write “Brewing Classic Styles” listing every recipe and method required to recreate each brew. 100’s of articles in publications such as BYO magazine and 100’s of hours of podcasts on The Brewing Network led to Jamil, along with his wife Liz to open Heretic Brewing Company.
