Kveik yeast strains are a Norwegian farmhouse style of yeast, but don’t let that confuse you with a saison. These yeasts can perform all the jobs of regular yeast and brew clean tasting beers or increase fruit esters depending on style all depending on the temperature and pitching rate used. They are known for completing fermentation in a much faster time when fermented at higher temperatures like 30-35c and are less prone to temperature fluctuations so are great for using during summer without heat control.
