We take a 25kg sack of whole Best Malz Red X and smoke it over single malt cask dust for 2 days.
The resultant product  has a heavy smoke aroma that will be pronounced in the final product.
Use at a rate of 25% for a background flavour, 60% will standout as a smoked beer.
Best drunk young and fresh as the smoke flavour does mellow over time.
