Description

The Malt Miller Brew Day in a box recipe kits have been developed to make brewing with the very best ingredients as easy as possible. Each kit contains all the ingredients required, crushed malt, hops, style specific yeast and priming sugar. Plus, kettle finings, yeast nutrient and where applicable vegan finings. Full instructions for brewing beer from grain as well as a recipe specific brew sheet.

This Belgian Blond homebrew all-grain  recipe kit, as part of our Spring Seasonal releases, creates a beautifully golden, slightly hazy ale with a fluffy white head. Smooth and well-
balanced, it features a gentle malt sweetness with notes of honey and biscuit, complemented by classic Belgian yeast esters of pear,
banana, and light spice. A subtle herbal hop character adds complexity, leading to a dry, mildly warming finish with a hint of clove
and pepper. Effervescent and deceptively strong, this Belgian Blond is both approachable and full of depth—perfect for sipping and
savouring.

Comments:

This style is all about balance and drinkability, best enjoyed fresh on a warm evening with friends. The yeast character is key, bringing subtle spice and fruity esters. Fermenting cooler enhances delicate pear and light peppery notes, while warmer temperatures bring out more pronounced fruitiness, like soft banana. You can tailor the profile to your preference, but we favour a refined balance, keeping fermentation on the cooler side for a crisp, smooth finish.
