Once you are happy fermentation has fully finished you can now cold crash the beer to 4c over a few days. After you have hit your target 4c temperature we recommend a brief layering period of up to 28 days, but try the beer through this time and once you are happy you can then move to adding the Brausol, leaving for 48 hours and then packaging the finished beer. Alternatively you can add the Brausol at the end of fermentation and transfer to a keg or bottle and age in the final packaging method.
