Description

Burton Bridge Summer Ale is based on the original Burton Bridge Brewery recipe.

Producing a light golden summer ale with just enough hop presence, great for those long summer evenings. When made to the instructions you will have 40 pints of 3.8% ABV beer.

Burton Bridge Summer Ale beer kit requires the addition of 800g of brewing sugar to produce 40 pints of highly quaffable beer. For a more full bodied beer you could switch out the recommended dose of sugar for either dry malt extract or liquid malt extract.
