Description

Centennial hops, a beloved American variety, are renowned for their aromatic and bittering properties.

With floral, citrusy, and piney notes, they lend a delightful complexity to beers. Brewers relish their versatility. As a result they are ideal for various styles from Pale Ales to IPAs.

Boasting a moderate alpha acid content, Centennial hops offer a balanced bitterness, while their enticing aromas of grapefruit and lemon enthrall the senses.

As a dual-purpose hop, they shine both in late boil additions and dry hopping.

Whether you seek a crisp and refreshing beer or a bold and hop-forward experience, Centennial hops are a go-to choice for brewers worldwide.

Named after the Washington State festival, Centennial is developed from the USDA hop breeding program at Washington State University in 1974 and released in 1990.

Centennial is a unique hop and is sometimes referred to as Super Cascade.
