We originally collaborated with our friends at The Corner House in Windsor to brew this New England-style Pale Ale. This one’s all about the peach. We use peach puree, Galaxy hops and a yeast strain known for producing lovely stone fruit esters to really amplify all that peachy goodness! Easy drinking and super peachy!
Expect a golden coloured beer with a moderate malt profile and a good lick of bitterness. We used Chinook and Amarillo hot side before dry hopping with Simcoe, Citra and new kid on the block Talus to give the beer plenty of that piney and grapefruit character with a deeper vibe of orange citrus and delicate spice.
