OMEGA Yeast – OYL-005 – Irish Ale  (1 packs)

Additions and timing:

Add 35G Warrior to boil at 60 mins left

Secondary additions and timing:

Once fermented out add 100G cocoa nibs for 7 days (make dark rum Tincture witch cocoa nibs if you fancy – listen to the episode on how to do this if unsure)

Add 1L of cold brew coffe of you choice – again listen to the episode if your unsure of this process

Yeast: OMEGA Yeast – OYL-005 – Irish Ale
Fermentation temperature/steps: 19 degrees C the crash cool after conditioning.
