Comments:

Many people relish getting nerdy about homebrewing (maybe you’re one?), but there is also another type of brewing that gets equally deep, and that’s coffee. Coffee has been well studied and well enjoyed by many nerds over the years and can add fantastic flavours to your beers, from dark lingering roasty bitterness to big rich fruity notes.

*IMPORTANT* This recipe does not contain any coffee, this is a blank canvas to add however much and whatever type of coffee you want to!
We discuss coffee beers (and the coffee additions to various Siren Craft beers) with Siren Craft brewer Kit Karazinov in episode 33 of By The Mash Tun which you can find at www.kaiju.fm/by-the-mash-tun/33-Coffee-Stout-with-Siren-Craft-Brew/
