Crisp Maris Otter (3500 grams)
Weyermann® CaraAroma® (400 grams)
Crisp Low Colour Chocolate Malt (400 grams)
Rolled Oats (200 grams)
Admiral Pellets (15 grams)
Bramling Cross Pellets (30 grams)
Mangrove Jack’s Natural Flavour Boost – Cherry (1 packs)
OMEGA Yeast – OYL-006 – British Ale I.  (1 packs)

THE MASH
Temperature °C: 67
Length (mins): 60

THE BOIL
Boil time (mins): 60 mins

Additions and timing:

15g Admiral at Start of boil
30g Bramling cross at 5 mins left on the boil

Secondary additions and timing:

Add Cherry flavour after Fermentation has finished before crash cool
Add Plum Extract (not included) to taste after fermentation has finished before crash cool

Yeast: Omega British ale 1 OYL-006
Fermentation temperature/steps: 18 Celcius till fermentation has ended then crash cool for 2-4 days and package.
