New England, Vermont, cloudy, murky, juicy, whatever you like to call them. This take on an IPA is becoming very popular. Less bitterness, fuller mouth feel and the most amazing fruit flavours coming from large amounts of hops used late in the boil and for dry hopping. These are incredibly easy drinking and hide their stronger alcohol well.

If you want to make this even more hop forward and juicy then make no hop additions to the boil. Instead after boil drop temp to 80c and whirlpool the 100g of Cashmere for 20 minutes.

1 review for Everything’s Cool – DDH NEIPA

  1. Paul Hateley

I have made two batches of the Everything’s cool ipa with great results and reviews.
General consensus was we preferred the addition of hops during the boil was a better balanced drink. But both were very drinkable and consumed with enthusiasm.
