Hallertau Blanc, with parentage from Cascade, released in 2012.
First grown on the Hüll farm, German in the Hallertau region, primarily grown for use in American-style Ales.
Hallertau Blanc’s flavor profile is fruity, with wine-like qualities of gooseberry and grape, grassy notes, some say similar to that of Sauvignon Blanc wine. The aroma profile has notes of cassis and elderflower in addition to grapes, grapefruit and lemongrass.
Packed in 100g bags, nitrogen flushed and vacuum sealed. Cold stored until ordered.
