Yeast: Bring to room temperature when strike water is drawn
Fermentation temperature/steps: Follow yeast lower recommendation.
Comments:
Fermentation is very vigorous after first 36 hours for several days. Ensure adequate headspace in fermentation vessel. Check bubbler to ensure air trap is maintained.
This brew can be dry hopped at 5 days to be bursting with hop aroma and flavour, suggest 50g of Citra if you like a hop dominant brew (not included).
