100 grams of dextrose at boil start
23.7 IBUs of Simcoe @ 60 mins
17 IBUs of Simcoe and 13 IBUs of Mosaic @ 15 mins
1g/l each of Simcoe, Mosaic and Azacca @ 0 mins

Secondary additions and timing:

Dry hop 1g/l each of mosaic and azacca @ day 5 for 4 days

Yeast: Hornidal Kviek
Fermentation temperature/steps: 25°c


Nothing beats the marriage of Orange and passion fruit with piney undertone in this foolproof hop bomb. I went for a drier, paler malt bill but the Crystal 150 can be bumped up to 3% in place of the dextrose for sweeter, moreish finish – if so bu/gu ratio can be bumped to 0.88 instead of this less bitter 0.82 drinking IPA . Also worth playing around with the mash temps.
