The sweet smell and flavour of coconut conjure up visions of palm trees in the tropics. As part of a fruit dip, our Coconut flavouring (also known as candy flavouring oil) can be the perfect fit to a themed party.

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).

We would always recommend dosing lightly first of all or doing a test batch and measuring before scaling up to dose the full batch.

Its always possible to add more flavouring, but not possible to take away once added.
