Citra, jester, mosaic 30g of each at flameout for a 15 min whirlpool.
Yeast: Safale s-04 1 packet
Fermentation temperature/steps: 20⁰c for 10 days
Secondary additions:
Citra, jester, mosaic 40g of each dry hop on day 7
Comments:
This recipe was entered into the elusive/malt miller competition earlier this year. Unfortunately he bottles were lost so never went to the judges. Dave and Allan from the D & P seems to like it though.
