Description
Whilst there is lots of interpretation between Pale styles, this particular beer is sessionable, fruity and hazy. Fraser and Sam used stacks of Centennial in the kettle and weren’t shy when dry-hopping it with Azacca. Think tropical fruits with a touch of citrus/tangerine and you might detect just a hint of spiciness on the palate. Silky smooth due to the abundance of Oats and Wheat used, with a super soft water profile.

Middle Child Brewing
Fraser and Sam are award winning brewers, after many years of home brewing they won the Elusive and The Malt Miller home brew competition in 2021. Part of the prize was to help give support in turning a hobby into a career and the chance to brew their first professional beer. The guys jumped at the chance and so Middle Child Brewing was launched.
Having drunk many of their beers we really look forward to seeing these guys grow as a professional brewery, they really focus on getting beers nailed down in a total attention to all of the details.
