This yeast has been developed to produce authentic Belgian Saison peppery, spicy, fruity flavours. Start fermentation at lower temperatures 20c or below then let the fermentation temperature naturally rise till it is complete.

This yeast performs best when the following the procedure below:-
Add yeast to 10 x its weight in warm water, leave for about 15 minutes, stir,then pitch into wort at a similar temperature.
