Jotnar is a monster of a yeast that will rip through your brew delivering tropical mango and citrus flavours, with complex aroma that can present itself as stonefruit, pineapple, and added dimension to hop forward beers. Whilst also bringing flavours that work exceptionally well in darker beers to intensify flavours such as cherry, leather or coconut.
Fermention at the higher range for more flavour profile and a faster fermentation is highly recommended to get the most from this yeast blend. As with any yeast blend it is not recommended to make a starter as the blend profile can change during the starter process.
