Topnotes are all about the Aroma. They are created from specific hop varieties to help you ensure that the beer you are creating is able to showcase a the variety aroma that you want them to in a safe and controlled manner.

PHA® Varietal Topnotes are prepared wholly from the specific hop variety and retain the varieties’ unique characteristics giving an intense “hoppy” aroma. The perfect addition when a dry-hopped effect is required.

Chinook was developed by the U.S.D.A. breeding program in Washington State and released in 1985 as a high alpha acids variety. This cultivar takes its name from a Native American tribe indigenous to the region around Washington. The female parent is one of the English Goldings.

Ingredients: Hop oil compounds in propylene glycol solution

Usage and Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Suggested quantity: 10-20 ml/hl. (0.1-.02ml per L)
