Unlike the cheaper versions of this regulator on ebay and the like this regulator does hold the set pressure almost indefinitely.

Just the job: reassuringly sturdy and easy to adjust.
It fits directly and solidly to a full-sized CO2 cylinder such as you will get from any BOC, AirLiquide etc. agent. To be precise, the input thread is 0.860″ x 14 tpi (also known as “DIN 477”, “JIS M22-14”, “BS 341 No. 8” or “W21.8-14″); and the output is a John Guest 3/8” female push-fit.
I also bought an adapter to connect it to a SodaStream bottle (search for ‘EQU-22-009’ on this site) but I doubt I’ll use it much, as a full sized cylinder worked out a lot cheaper than I expected (e.g. try ‘gasonthego.co.uk’)

An excellent regulator, built to last and for maintenance. I had beer go back up one of my lines and was able to dismantle and clear the inner workings of the regulator. I also had the pressure screw snap after it froze, ans I was able to remove and replace the screw. Its been built with longevity in mind. Iys a refreshing change.

Ordered this to replace another branded one I bought a couple of month ago that was more expensive but leaked. This regulator seems to be good quality and the addition of the push fit makes it so simple to install and it is holding pressure.
