Targets;

Original Gravity: 1.048
Final Gravity: 1.011
ABV: 5.0%

Boil Time: 75 min
Batch size: 19L

Ingredients;

Grain;
2.7 kg Pale Malt
500g Carared
700g Rye malt
60g Roasted Barley

Hops;
16g Columbus – Boil 75 min
10g Chinook – Boil 10 min
5g Cascade – 5 min
7g Chinook – Flame-out
15g Cascade – Flame-out
100g Chinook – Dry hop

Yeast;
1 pack Safale US-05 or Nottingham (not included)

After fermentation complete dry hop with:
100g Chinook in the fermenting bucket and leave for a further 4 days

    Used this kit for my first all grain brew using the BIAB method and it makes a nice beer – hoppy with some tropical fruit flavour from the US hops but this is balanced nicely by the malts and a bit of spiciness from the rye.
