Alone in the Dark series showcases a single chilli pepper variety, which has undergone fermentation for months, bringing with it an incredible depth of flavour.
We simply elevate the pepper flavour with honey and shallots for sweetness, a little mango, garlic, lime and a dash of apple cider vinegar.
This sauce is the third in our series and showcases yellow habanero peppers, these beautiful rays of sunshine are super spicy but immensely flavourful. A silky smooth, savoury, garlicky strong boi, this sauce is extremely versatile. Great on eggs, steak, stir fries and burgers.
Unlike the previous sauce in the series, this one pours silky smooth and doesn’t require the force of a thousand suns to coax it out of the bottle.
