Vengeful Spirit – Sunshine on Rio – Pineapple, Mango & Passion Fruit

Our Sunshine Series explores bright, juicy tropical fruits which pair perfectly with hot peppers. Based on our original sauce, Sunshine on Leith, the sunshine series starts with a base of pineapple, mango and lime. We then remix with a new fruit to create something completely different.

For this iteration, we’ve taken a flight to Rio and added a ton of passion fruit which elevates the tropical flavours to a whole new level. It’s incredibly moreish, you’ll want to drink this one from the bottle.

As with all of our sunshine series sauces, this is delicious on tacos, chicken, pizza and probably even ice cream.⁠

Made in a kitchen which also handles celery, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans and nuts. Although great care has been taken, some trace amounts of the aforementioned allergens may be present.

We’ve been long time fans and followers of Joe and his sauces on social media and been desperate to get hold of them to help spread the word about how awesome they are.
