Description

The Malt Miller 30L Stainless Steel Conical Fermenter has been developed to offer brewers a high quality fermentation option that meets the needs of those that wish to invest in a product packed with features than you would usually find on a much higher priced product, whilst retaining high quality manufacturing.

The fermenter is manufactured in 304 stainless steel ensures you have a product that matches the kit of a professional brewery. A hard wearing steel that will be able to handle heat, acidic and alkalinity pressures experienced during the fermenting process. Giving it long term resistance to rust and corrosion, that can occur in lesser products.

Professional breweries choose 304 stainless steel fermenters for the longevity of use, ease of cleaning and sanitising the vessel which all lead to higher quality brews.

By having a conical vessel it allows you to remove yeast trube or hop matter from your fermentations just like a professional brewer. This will give you full control over contact times and even also allow you to remove matter that can prevent you from getting full clear package beer.

Pro Edition brings the added benefit of cooling coil and thermowell mounted on the stainless steel lid.

If you prefer without coil then checkout our standard edition

  1. Stephen Mawdsley (verified owner)

Just completed my third brew using this fermenter. It is my first step up from plastic buckets to stainless steel and there is a noticeable improvement in the quality of beer produced, brews so far comprise of Nearly Nirvana, Oil for the Neck and Mysterios Sierra Nevada, all have come out really well. If you are looking at upgrading from the standard plastic bucket give this piece of kit some serious consideration.
