Kelly’s Kitchen Seasonings are inspired by family cooking and food from the fire pit. The “KellyBab” (Chicken Thigh Kebab) as it’s known, because famous in the UK BBQ Scene due to it’s simplicity but tasty recipe that gives crowd pleasing result for all!
This A&O collaboration with KellyBab creator and A&O ambassador Kelly Bramill now makes it even easier to make!

From modest beginnings working out of their bothy at home, to having now become an international brand, I’m happy to say that I’ve been a part of their incredible journey.
I’m so very proud of them, and when Scott suggested we collab to produce a rub version of my kebab recipe (The ‘Kellybab’ as it’s been affectionately nicknamed) I was blown away! Scott ‘Spice Blending Genius’ got to work and developed The Kebab Rub.
A side-by-side taste test with my wet marinade recipe had me really struggling to tell the difference! Mix to a paste with oil or yoghurt and marinade overnight, or simply use as a seasoning. It’s a real crowd pleaser and a firm family favourite.

Its a firm favourite of ours, especially when you combine it with proper kebab shop salad, its a real crowd pleaser and one that gets cooked time and time again by many of The Malt Miller team.
Angus & Oink started after the Founding crew lived and worked in the Americas, that’s South of the tex-mex border y’all! Searching to find the best sauce for our own table led us to concoct rampant Angus habanero ketchup. This all purpose hot, sweet and mustardy magnificence delivers a wicked flavour burst to taste buds and compliments all manner of foods.
Once we had one recipe, we just kept on going. Now we have developed 4 sauces with !!!kick ass flava!!! you’ll struggle to find outside the Americas. With other variants in the lab, were on a mission to give you an experience unrivalled, a taste of goodness; journey into the new world.
Angus and Oink represent a passion for BBQ and authenticity, the team focus on delivering a distinct flavour using fiendishly researched ingredients, tasty chillies and delivering on flavour…Kerr….PoW!!! We don’t use thickeners, preservatives, colourings and stuff you really don’t need to eat.
