Available for pre-order from 1st July, with the first systems expected to ship in late September, the B25 brings together Brewtools’ latest brewing technology in a compact format. With indirect heating, an integrated cooling jacket, FCS Brewing control and Brewtools’ patented CleanCore sanitary 3-way valve, this system is built for brewers who want consistency, flexibility and a more refined brew day.

A New Generation of Brewtools Brewing Systems

The new Brewtools brewing system range has been designed around a clean, integrated approach to brewing. Each system combines heating, pumping, control, cooling and sanitary valve design into one modern brewing platform.

The B25 is the most compact model in the range, making it ideal for small-batch brewing, recipe development, pilot batches and brewers working with limited space. With batch sizes from 5 to 20 litres and a total volume capacity of 28 litres, it offers serious Brewtools performance in a practical table-top size.

Indirect Heating and Integrated Cooling

The B25 uses indirect heating with a flat bottom design, helping deliver controlled heat across the base of the vessel. This is paired with an integrated cooling jacket, allowing the system to be cooled without placing a traditional immersion chiller inside the kettle.

This gives a cleaner, more practical brew day and helps keep the internal brewing space clear during chilling.

Powered by FCS Brewing

At the centre of the system is Brewtools’ FCS Brewing control platform, operated through a large 8 inch IPS touchscreen. This gives clear, modern control over the brew day, with Wi-Fi connectivity and available controller ports for future expansion.

The B25 is also fitted with the Brewtools FCS Brew Pump, giving strong performance for recirculation, transfer and general brewing use.

Patented CleanCore Sanitary 3-Way Valve

The B25 features Brewtools’ patented CleanCore sanitary 3-way valve. This gives the system a clean, practical and sanitary flow path, helping make recirculation, transfer, draining and cleaning more straightforward.
