This was my first ever attempt at brewing and I am HOOKED!!! Just finished the fermentation of this recipe and was nervous to try the first glass but I have to say that it is gorgeous. I went with Citrus because there are plenty of examples on the market for comparison and I can honestly say I have paid for similar beers that I have had to poor down the drain.

The only thing I had to change was the beer style in Brewfather, I couldn’t get the profile to sit right as an American Ale for some reason so I changed it to an English IPA working on I.050 and 1.010 with ABV @ 5.9%

Now I am hooked and ready for my second brew.

Great flavour after 2w in the keg. Clear as a bell, zesty, hoppy, and chewy. Really good beer.

    Great beer! worth a try
