Want the latest Hop? Well Eclipse is currently only available in the Australian market, but will start to reach the rest of the world in commercial quantities from crop 2021 (August 2021). Stock will be limited for the first few years while HPA sustainably scale up production. But you can have a taster of what is to come as thanks to our awesome Hop Merchants Simply Hops we have a small and very limited stock this hop from the 2020 harvest, but when its gone its gone until the summer time.

Since it sits firmly in the fruit quadrant of our Hop Flavour Spectrum, Eclipse® is well suited to fruit-forward beer styles, and has already shown that it stands up in a range of beer styles including XPAs, Pilsners, Wits, Dark Ales, Saisons, IPAs and NEIPAs
HOP STORY
Eclipse® was created by the HPA breeding program in 2004 and commercialised in 2020. It’s ancestry is a cross pollination of high alpha Australian and North American hops.
