DIRECTIONS FOR USE
General: Recommended concentration: 0.5 to 1% (5g to 10g per Ltr)
Intensive: Recommended concentration: 1 to 2% (10g to 20g per Ltr)
1. Prepare a solution of ENZYBREW 10 diluted in hot water
2. Run the solution through the equipment to be cleaned for 45 to 120 minutes
3.Finish by running a disinfectant or general solution acid solution (0.25%) for 10 minutes (to be added
to the usual protocol if necessary)
4. Rinse with fresh water for 5 minutes

Storage in the closed original packaging between +4°C and +25°C.

I used this to clean my Grainfather G30 after a brew day. It made clean up a whole lot easier than before.
I used 4 scoops and filled my G30 almost to the brim. Left it pumping round for an hour at 60 degrees. Then cleaned as normal.
