As I have a garden bar with a beer cooler. I like to brew refreshing lagers and ciders on tap. I brew in kegs under pressure in a controlled temperature. And always very sterile cleaning. I have brewed this one on 4 occasions and two came out not well..one was funky smelling and was disposed of. The other was off flavours and merky. I have brewed many styles of beer kits without issues. Difficult to pinpoint why I had issues with this same kit.But the other two came out through my filter process clear and clean tasty. But for the price of a budget larger, I would give it another go. Unless I hid another bad outcome.
