The colour is far from subtle in this mild wee number. The idea behind the monster is to have a cooling sauce that the whole family can handle. Cucumber juice and pulp are combined with roasted peppers, nettle and a hint of ground coriander for a refreshing and versatile addition to your meal. Nods toward South America.
