Description
This Roaster of a wee sauce for a a fabulous marriage between my self and Baths finest coffee roasters. Roundhill Roastery, we fermented Thai chillis for 150 days in cold brew coffee. After this we painstakingly made 10 litres of espresso from Sumatran coffee beans. We added balsamic vinegar and a ton of dairy. Did I mention local cherries? This sauce is a coffee in a bottle. Hootscale 2.5 got a kick but really allows the coffee to shine through. Great sauce for the hot headed coffee addict. Italy would be proud of our wee hooticino.
Flavour profile – coffee lusciously enrobed with balsamic vinegar and Somerset dairy. Really deep interesting flavours.
