Fermentation temperature/steps: 25C under pressure of 12psi

Secondary additions:

Protafloc @15mins
Yeast nutrient & brewbrite @10mins

Once FG is reached dry hop for 1 day with 36g of Amarillo & 36g Citra…REDUCE pressure to 1.5/2.0 PSI
Cold crash and remove hops once temp down to 4C
Oxygen free transfer to kegs and set pressure to 11psi @4c for 1 week before drinking

Comments:

My version of a hoppy style lager keeping the IBU in the middle of the range so not to over power the aroma hops

Note I have used acidulated malt to adjust my PH to 5.60 rather than using any water treatment chemicals
