Important – Nylon Washer Included

A hard nylon washer is included and must be fitted between the regulator and the CO₂ bottle.

This washer creates the gas-tight seal between the regulator and cylinder.
Without it, the connection will leak, even if the regulator feels tight.

• Washer is included in the box

• Always check it is in place before fitting

• Replace if damaged or worn

This is standard practice for commercial CO₂ regulators.

Fitting Instructions 

1. Ensure the CO₂ cylinder valve is fully closed.

2. Insert the supplied hard nylon washer into the CO₂ bottle outlet.

3. Screw the ODL regulator onto the bottle valve by hand until snug.

4. Connect gas line to the John Guest push-fit outlet.

5. Slowly open the cylinder valve and check for leaks.
