Additions and timing:
1.2 kg of Mangrove Jack’s liquid malt extract also added to the fermenter at the start of the brew
Add East Kent gold at start of brew
Secondary additions and timing:
Day 5 add bramlin Cross.
2 days before kegging a small hand full of coffee beans into a hop sock into the brew
Yeast: Liquid yeast
Fermentation temperature/steps: 20 for 2 weeks
