Description
Black Malt Extract is produced using just de husked malts meaning that it will not impart a roasted flavour, just a darker colour to any beer style. This is especially useful in “black” IPA style beers or as a colour correction.
Use 30ml to darken 25 litres of beer by 10 EBC
This product is not to be used a fermentable, just to adjust colour

Works very well. Can be used in finished beer as this stuff is made from a brewed product, so no fermentable sugars left. I used it to add 10 EBC to some finished beer. It certainly does affect the flavour, which was good in my case as I had forgotten to add my chocolate malt in the mash
