Ravenwood All Grain Recipe Kit by Elusive Brewing
Andy Parker recently made an appearance on The Hop Addition Podcast, who we are sponsors for here at The Malt Miller. During this they discussed many topics but had a specific focus on the recipe for Ravenwood, Andy’s India Export Stout which Elusive describe in the following way:
“We love partnering roasty malts with plenty of hops and this dark and delicious stout certainly packs the hops in. A cocktail of dark speciality malts was combined with Citra and Centennial hops for notes of orange citrus, dark chocolate and coffee”
We couldn’t agree more with this description as the harmony from the dark malts and hop presence really is a joyful beer to drink! When we heard about Andy’s appearance we had to get involved and get the recipe kit for this beer onto the site for you all to brew at home!
