Description
Brewed and designed by Richard Williams of the Dudes Brew YouTube channel and founding member of The Hop Addition Podcast, this is a traditional German Pils with a crisp spicy flavour and subtle notes of honey and crackers from the malt. The recipe was brewed for competition entry based on BJCP guidelines and scored a 40/50 and got an Honourable Mention in its first outing at Brewcon 23!
