A session strength English bitter, brewed with a neutral yeast, for a clean finish and an assertive bitterness. Traditionally crafted with whole hops, this is a great beer for any time of the year.
A straightforward recipe, ideal for new all-grain brewers, with a flavour profile which will see this re-brewed many times over.
