Comments:

This recipe requires a yeast starter to be built prior to brewday, 2.4l of DME mixed and boiled then cooled to pitch your yeast into. Allow for fermentation to complete and then cool the starter down, pour off the liquid leaving just the yeast slurry at the bottom. Pitch this into the FV at the end of your brewday.
