Description
The Malt Miller Brew Day in a box recipe kits have been developed to make brewing with the very best ingredients as easy as possible. Each kit contains all the ingredients required, crushed malt, hops, style specific yeast and priming sugar. Plus, kettle finings, yeast nutrient and where applicable vegan finings. Full instructions for brewing beer from grain as well as a recipe specific brew sheet.
Vienna lager is a style which we adore here at The Malt Miller. Its copper colour and malt character to compliment makes for a very drinkable and satisfying beer. The late addition of Hallertauer Mittelfruh offers a slight floral note to the nose which balances the beer out.
Both crisp and refreshing and full of malt character and slight toasty notes. This beer is wonderful to drink any time of the year but we love to brew this earlier in the year and then give it a long condition over the summer to enjoy in the autumn months.

Great Kit, nice taste. Very Malty and refreshing.. Only gave 4 stars instead of full 5 as the wife is not so keen, more for me.
Brewed in Corny Keg at 15psi and 18C for 7 days, transferred to serving Keg with Gelatin and drinking within 12 days.

A. Exceptional beer! My first all grain recipe. I followed the advice on the page and added a second pack of yeast. Ended up somewhat stronger than intended at 6.5% but hey ho. Malty, a little sweet, and very clean. Really lovely brew.
