THE BOIL

Hop / kettle additions and timing:

60 minutes – 22g Columbus (31 IBU)

20 minutes – 9g Centennial (6 IBU)
20 minutes – 6g Columbus (6 IBU)
20 minutes – 6g Simcoe (5 IBU)

Whirlpool / hop stand:

Hopstand at 80c for 20minutes
20g Centennial (3 IBU)
20g Columbus (4 IBU)
20g Simcoe (4 IBU)

Yeast: 1 packet US-05
Fermentation temperature/steps: Ferment at 20c for 14 days

Secondary additions:

Once fermentation complete crash to 5c then dry hop 30g Amarillo, 30g Mosaic, 30g Simcoe for 48 hours then keg. 7 days to carbonate and condition.
