Description

This is a recipe for one of the experimental beers we made in our recent video “Does Yeast Matter?” where we split a batch into 2 FV’s and fermented with different yeast. This one contains M66 Hophead for a cleaner and more pronounced bitterness.

We used Summit as the hop for this and its well rounded, piney yet fruity characteristics really do shine through in both beers, but in different ways!
