Bodybuilder is a yeast derived product that can help minimise reliance on more complex sugars like maltodextrin or lactose.
Bodybuilder can be used in any beer style to:
– Increase drinkability.
– Boost mouthfeel.
– Add body and multi dimensional flavour to challenging beer styles like Low & No ABV% beers.
– Balance recipes with defence against astringency and harshness.

Dosage Rates:
0.2 – 0.4 g/L
Use lower amounts (0.2 – 0.3 g/L) for lighter beer styles and high sugar fermentations such as hard seltzer.
Use higher amounts (0.3 – 0.4 g/L) for more full-bodied beers and hoppy beer styles.

– Kettle end of boil
– Transfer to FV
– With fermentation additions
– During conditioning / maturation phase
