In reality, brewing something as clean and neutral can be very difficult and as a homebrewer creating something this flawless is possibly the ultimate challenge of your abilities.

Dingemans Pilsen Malt (3000 grams)
Crisp Flaked Maize (1500 grams)
Northern Brewer Pellets (17 grams)
Saaz Pellets (10 grams)
Wyeast 2007 PILSEN LAGER. 08.04.2020 (1 packs)

THE BOIL
Boil time (mins): 60 min boil
Additions and timing:
At Start of boil add 17g Northern Brewer with 6% Alpha
5 mins from end of boil add 10G Saaz.
Secondary additions and timing:
No secondary additions.
Yeast: Wyeast 2007 Pilsen
Fermentation temperature/steps: Classic Lager profile. Ferment at 10ºC for 2 weeks or until fermentation is complete, then raise to 16 for 2 days. Start Lagering by dropping the temp to 3ºC over a 30 day period.
